  1. Sunblock
If you have inadequate sun protection, almost everything else you do is a waste of time and money or requires more than usual time and money - chronic sun exposure results in sagging, dull, blemished skin and can accelerate aging of the skin and potential for skin cancer. Use SPF at least 30 and look for certain ingredients sucha as avobenzone, titanium dioxide, zinc oxide. Good examples: Lancome UV Expert, Clinique City Block Sheer Oil-Free Daily Face Protector
  2. Nutritional supplements
If you your dietary habits are inadequate, you may need nutritional supplements to nourish your body including improving your skin as well as increasing your overall health. Along with a good multivitamin, also look for coenzyme Q10, alpha lipoic acid
  3. Moisturizers
Moisturizers help to seal in moisture, provide skin protection and aid in suppleness of the skin. For the skin, ingredients to look for include alpha lipoic acid, vitamin C ester and DMAE
